Attorney Zawarski successfully argued my appeal before the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board. After presenting him with the facts, he easily identified several weaknesses in the opposing party’s position that I overlooked. I was equally impressed at the speed with which he formed a complete understanding of the chain of events. He put both the perspective of the pertinent issues and his foundation for his defense in a clear concise and easily understood plan.
Communication with Mr. Zawarski was a pleasure. He was quick to return phone calls and followed up with emails in a timely manner. His professional and sympathetic demeanor coupled with an unshakable confidence was comforting.
I highly recommend him and am convinced others will equally enjoy the
satisfaction I experienced.

Zachary was fantastic from start to finish. I had filed for unemployment in March of 2015 and was denied due to my being self employed. Thanks to both Google and Zachary I was able to win the appeal in May of 2015 and receive all of the benefits due me. I first called him and met with him immediately. He advised me of my situation as well as the law. He knew exactly what I needed to provide him to make my case. With his assistance we were able to prepare for the appeal hearing and won. At the hearing not only was he totally prepared, but also extremely knowledgeable. I should mention that every time I called him I either got him immediately or a prompt return phone call. I would highly recommend anyone who is self employed and denied benefits to at least call him. The phone consultation was free.

I met with Zachary because my home was in active foreclosure. He explained the foreclosure process in a way that was easy to understand, laid out possible options, and gave me advice as to what my next steps should be. I went into the meeting feeling overwhelmed, totally at sea, and pretty hopeless - I walked out of the meeting feeling like I had a grip on what was going to happen and what could happen, and relieved that things weren't as totally bleak as I'd thought. That alone was priceless.
Within about 15 minutes of getting home (!!) from that meeting, there was a message from Zachary that he had already done some work on several items, and a few hours later there was another message that he'd filed an appeal because I'd been turned down for a loan modification. When I'd originally been denied the loan modification I didn't think I had any grounds to appeal the decision, but Zachary thought I did and filed the appeal within hours of our meeting for the first time. Now a few weeks later the appeal has been granted and I'll be able to keep my home.
Zachary was knowledgable and helpful, and immediately started working on my behalf. He left voice messages and sent emails so I was always informed of what he was doing and where things stood, plus he always gave me a timeline as to when I might expect something to happen. His fees are reasonable - and I feel I got more than my money's worth. I really can't say enough about him. If I ever need a lawyer again for any reason, he's the one I'll call.

Zachary helped me with my problem and got me the results I wanted! I trust him and would recommed him to everyone. I was wronged and he made sure I was vindicated and made whole again! Absoultly the best decision I made was to meet with him and have him guide me through the process of justice!

Having Mr. Zawarski represent myself in my Unemployment Appeal hearing was a great decision. His level of preparedness and knowledge of the law made me feel very comfortable about my situation. He was always available and attentive during our meetings, asking questions that I wouldn't have thought about. Regardless of the outcome of my case, I felt very confident that Mr. Zawarski was doing his best to help me out, and fortunately the hearing resulted in my favor.

I contacted Zachary Last year regarding my case with wrongful termination, and workers comp.. Upon explain a bit about my case.. The response I got was that more focused on my workers comp case then my Wrongful termination case which was the main reason in which I had contacted him.. I would not recommend him.. It seems if your not the job of the hour then your not for him..

Attorney Zawarski is a highly skilled Unemployment Compensation Attorney who is extremely prompt and responsive in meeting all client needs. He won my case against an employer whom I worked for on a per deim basis, in a field that was outside of my full time, 20+ year career profession. I would highly recommend him. He asked all the right questions at my hearing and prior to my hearing, gave me a thorough briefing on what would transpire during the hearing. His rates are very reasonable. I was in excellent hands with his representation.

Zachary was an excellent lawyer. He understands unemployment law very well! I would know, I worked at the Unemployment office for over 10 years! Zachary was very respectful, alert and most importantly, prepared for the hearing. He answered all my questions and listened to all of my concerns. He explained everything in a language anyone could understand. I've had an overall very pleasant experience with Zachary. If you need representation at any level of unemployment appeals, I highly recommend Zachary Zawarski.

I hired Zachary for help in evicting my tenants who were failing to pay rent and utilities in my property in Bethlehem. He did an excellent job!! He knew exactly what had to be done and was prompt in getting it done. I am an out of state landlord due to a job transfer and he represented me in court, obtained a judgment and followed through with the eviction. He even helped with a locksmith.
He kept me informed all the way through the entire process and answered all of my questions. It was the first time I have ever had to evict someone and he was understanding and explained everything! He gave me great advice on how to handle any situation that arose. I would highly recommend Zachary to anyone looking for a Landlord/Tenant lawyer in the Bethlehem area.
