I was disappointed with my experience. I felt like my case wasn’t taken seriously and that minimal effort was put in. For the cost, I expected a much higher level of attention and strategy, but the outcome felt like something I could have gotten from a much less expensive lawyer. Maybe for more compl...ex or serious cases, he puts in more effort, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend him.

Kyle is an excellent Lawyer I would 10/10 recommend especially if you have no understanding of the laws around your specific situation. He not only help with my case he got me the best deal and ensured everything was taken care of on my behalf. Enough good words can’t be said about Kyle and his Fi...rm.

No paid attorney should try to get clients To Plead Guilty or take deals. Lawyers are supposed to get cases dismissed and charges thrown out. REMEMBER THESE ATTORNEYS WORK FOR YOU. IF You ARE PAYING THEM, THEY ARE YOUR EMPLOYEE . . The only thing Mr. Rude does is try to make deFendents take deals... just to get done with HIS caseload. In my eyes in every criminal case or any case the attorney can find the faults that the police did wrong and the illegal actions the police do to citizens. They are all corrupt and probably only about 5 percent of the police force follow protocol. So everyone should study the law and pick there attorneys more wisely. Because I don't know how Mr. Rude has All these good reviews when I know of 10 people who have hired him and it was all a bad outcome. I also hired him for a case but I also fired him as well after paying him $1000's of dollars. And all he wanted me to do is plead guilty and take a deal. Thank the Lord up above I started up and found legal council elsewhere. And my new attorney had all of my charges thrown out due to police doing illegal things in my case.

Felony possession. No sales or distribution charges. Personal use substances. Turned over to local police by a rat C.I. DM set bail at $350,000 and he wouldn't negotiate a lower bail. Fired my local attorney immediately and called Mr. Rude. Within 24 hours bail was reduced to $50,000. Fined $750, tre...atment court and probation. He gets my recommendation to anyone in trouble. He walks softly and carries a big stick. Great guy.
