Mr. McNair advocated for me on an ADA matter and was quick to respond. He stayed in touch with updates in a timely manner as well. Would highly recommend him to those facing employment issues or labor law questions.
I hired Mr. McNair initially because I thought he would be a trustworthy lawyer. I quickly found out he broke many of his promises and lied. He said we would get to the hearing an hour early to prep - I called the day of to her saying he'll meet me there a half hour in advance. He showed up 10 minutes before. He looked over my file (for the first time) said nothing to me, ignored my questions, and played on his iphone until we were called in. He then performed okay throughout the hearing, but really seemed like he could care less and really didn't try that hard - either that or he's just bad at what he does. He lost my case (what other lawyers said would be a veryyyy good chance of winning) and when I got my determination I left numerous messages for him to call me back and he never did.
Atty. McNair has represented my wife and I in several legal matters. He has always been straightforward, honest and open with us. The work he has done has been excellent and I will continue to use his services in the future. In addition, I have, and will continue to recommend him to people in need of legal representation.
I've worked with Tim for numerous years and have always been represented in a very professional and competent manner. I feel very comfortable knowing that he will not squander his time or my money billing me for work that was really not required. I also feel comfortable knowing that if Tim thinks the work might be outside his expertise he will advise and recommend other avenues. Highly recommended.
Mr. McNair Advocated for me on my PA Unemployment appeal. My former employer had lied about the circumstances regarding my lay-off. Mr. McNair made sure that all of my rights were protected and eventually prevailed by letting my ex-employer's 3rd party benefits administrator know that our defense was willing to go to the mat.
