Description: This case arose from our request for enforcement of a settlement agreement between former spouses. On behalf of the former wife, I established that her ex-husband owed substantial reimbursement to her for his failure to pay the mortgage, taxes and insurance upon the former marital residence for a period of more than ten years. The ex-husband pursued an appeal to the Pennsylvania Superior Court and lost. He attempted to appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and his appeal was declined.
