Mr Ruffo is currently representing me in a medical malpractice case. I came across this website and felt compelled to sure my experience. All of his previous reviews are spot on . Mr Ruffo is very knowledgable and has always returned my phone calls. His support staff is also very professional and courteous . Because of my limitations Edward was gracious to schedule our first meeting at a nearby law firm. I feel very fortunate to have Edward Ruffo as my lawyer
In 2012 I was recommended to Mr. Ruffo. It turned out to be an excellent piece of advice. At the time, I was very nervous since I had never been involved in a lawsuit. From the very start of my case Ed was clear of our objective, confident of the outcome and caring of my needs. I knew he was only a phone call away should I have any questions. He always returned my calls. The case was settled and I received a generous settlement beyond my expectations. I am certain that this result was due to his excellent negotiation skills. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
I met Mr. Ruffo when he took on my mother’s malpractice case in 2010. It was a very complex case because there were multiple defendants (a hospital, a nursing home and a doctor) having been named in a negligence/malpractice suit that included one defendant declaring bankruptcy and my mother, the plaintiff, dying soon after the suit was filed. The case finally went to trial after 7 years of stops and starts. During that time, Mr. Ruffo answered any and all of my questions and prepared me every step of the way to a favorable outcome for my family. Mr. Ruffo was professional at all times, meticulous in his preparation for court and knowledgeable in every aspect of my mother’s medical history. His examination of each witness during the trial was like a highly skilled surgeon with a sharp scalpel cutting through the many medical charts to uncover the real truth. He made my family and me feel like he was fighting for my mother as if she was his own mother.
My opinion of Mr. Ruffo, as an attorney, is that he is the best at what he does and as a person, someone who cares about people and looks for justice for his clients. He has a passion for righting wrongs for people who may not be able to speak for themselves. I was very fortunate to get him as an attorney and have no problem recommending him to anyone who may find themselves in need of his services.
Mr. Ruffo represented my wife and myself in a Medical Malpractice Lawsuit when no one else would, because it was thought this case was unwinable. Mr. Ruffo reviewed all the facts of the case in great detail, spoke to all involved and made the decision to take on the challange. Mr. Ruffo was at all times extremely professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. His demeanor in trial was nothing short of Brilliant. During the trial he presented the facts of our case to the smallest detail, leaving nothing out. He did so with a deep conviction and belief in our cause. Subsequently, as a result of his tireless efforts, Mr. Ruffo obtained a jury verdict for the plaintiff's for 2.1 Million Dollars.
Ed represented me for my malpractice suit several years ago.He kept me very informed throughout the whole process.Ed is a very thoughtful and caring person. When my life changed forever,Ed wanted to make sure I would live comfortably for the rest of my life.He did just that! I would highly recommend him.
Ed spent over three years Working on our case that nobody wanted to take. He always took our calls. Answered any questions we ever had. And when it went to trial he explained to us what to expect. He did his job so well that a settlement was offered before the trial was over. Even then he argued for a higher amount and got it. He gave us his recommendation but left the final decision up to us. We took his advice
and had a great out come. And this was a case no one would take but
