Stuart had handled my employment based permanent residency. Permanent residency is a very long and scary process but he handled the things extremely well from day one. He is been very quick to respond to any queries/concerns (even on week-ends) and thorough in his approach about next course of action. I was impressed seeing his in depth knowledge about the subject and communications skills. I am very happy way my case was handled by him and now long journey is finally complete as I am permanent resident. I have nothing but praise for him and his work. I am extremely satisfied by his services and highly recommend others.

When my wife and I decided to get married in Europe (I am American, she is European) we started looking into the best way to complete her immigration into the US. After spending some weeks educating ourselves we decided to hire an attorney, and we started to interview several. We picked the top three in the NYC area, as determined by a variety of professional rating services. From the start he was clearly vastly superior to the others.
Our situation was a little unusual due to my occupation keeping us traveling around the globe quite a bit. The other two attorneys we met with responded to our complicated situation with either confusion or slight trepidation. In sharp contrast Stu quickly grasp the details, and displayed excellent understanding of the situation. His knowledge and expertise immediately shown through, and was repeatedly on display during the entire process.
One particularly impressive note; he predicted the timing of events for the whole process from the start, not small feat when it comes to the timing involved in Permanent Residency. Now with the benefit of hind-sight we can see just how accurate he was. I believe this is directly related to his attention to detail.
However as impressive as his professional skills were, his communication skills were even more amazing. He was kind and competent in the way he conveyed information. His questions were tactful and helpful. He showed real concern every step of the way, and treated each and every one of our concerns as of utmost importance. Regardless of the time zones between us at any time he was there when we needed him. I would emphatically recommend him to anyone needing a top shelf immigration attorney!!!

I would say my immigration case is one the complicated one with H1 stamping, H1B visa refusal, very complicated USCIS NOIR (if something goes wrong, I would have been barred to enter US) and new H1b stamping. I was very nervous and contacted few attorney's to tell me what to do. After talking to attorney Stuart Reich, I was definetely relaxed. I decided to take his help and he was there to guide/help me through every step of the process. He is very knowledgable, very patient and very friendly. I found Stuart on this website and with his high review rate I decided l would give him a call. He graciously answered all of my questions, gave me tips and steered me in the right direction.. All without demanding any money like most lawyers would before even speaking to you. His sense of humor, down to earth personality and explaining things in a way that made them easy to understand were a breath of fresh air. Add in his vast knowledge of immigration law and he was a perfect choice. From day 1 my annoyingly often and million question emails were answered promptly and no question was unanswered. This process is long and daunting and Stuart made it easy. He has helped us with everything from paperwork, to payments made easy, taking a conference call while he was on vacation abroad, and even so far as to drop everything and attend a meeting with me to get an Emergency parole for a sick family member.
