Kept me calm during a very stressful time for me, and through multiple postponements & repeated appearances. I felt like he fought my case as if it was the most important case he had. Jason's knowledge of DUI law mixed with his fighting attitude resulted in my 0.44 BAL DUI case being dismissed. The outcome exceeded my expectations. I can definitely say he is a fighter and he will fight for you!

Mr. Pollack handled two tickets for me---speeding and careless driving---which could have resulted in 7 points on my driving record, heavy fines and possibly even a driving suspension. He got the speeding ticket completely dismissed, saving me 5 points (yes, I really was going rather fast that day!), and I just pleaded guilty to the careless driving for only 2 points and a modest fine. It's the best result I could have hoped for under the circumstances.

Jason handled six tickets I had for driving with a suspended license/suspended registration in three separate municipalities. I was able to walk away with minimal fines, a restoration of driving privileges, and my full endorsement of his services. Jason was professional, pleasant, on-time, and always available for questions. His fees were very reasonable for the amount of time he needed to spend with me. He does not charge an hourly rate, and is very quick to respond to phone calls. We were in and out of every court date quickly, and my charges were plead down to the absolute minimum. I highly recommend him for any traffic-related issues someone may have.

Jason is a nice guy. The courtroom with people who received a speeding ticket were mainly caught on the same Oak avenue which is a 25 MPH section and then as you go further it goes to 35 MPH when traveling to the train station. The officer wrote a ticket saying I was going 48 MPH (highly unlikely) The ticket stated I was going 24 MPH over the speed limit and would be 4 points on my driving record (Clean record for a very long time) The officer wrote the ticket against the 25 MPH restriction and not the 35 MPH limit. I was uncertain on how to handle this ticket since the officer who wrote the ticket made some typographical errors on the first ticket he handed to me. The officer then mailed a corrected ticket by US mail to me. So I had one ticket that stated DISPOSED when I looked at it on NJMCdirect and the other (the mailed one) ticket was the ticket I was to go to court for. When I went to court @5pm the prosecutor made an announcement and said that people who had speeding tickets who wish to reduce fines and points would see him personally, that if they wanted to reduce points that it would carry a fee. The fee would be around $150 for ticket (judge makes up this fee), $39 court fee, and a $250 DMV surcharge. I was called on to see the prosecutor at around 5:15pm. I told the prosecutor that I was waiting on my legal representation. The prosecutor claimed that he had know knowledge from my file of such. He said to go wait back in the room until he arrives and as soon as Jason comes in he is to see him. Jason arrived at around 6pm spoke to the prosecutor in hopes of dismissing the ticket and reducing the fine. Jason had know success on the ticket being dismissed. My total for hiring Jason and paying for the speeding ticket without points towards my driving record was $689.
The fine for the ticket when I received it was $200 if it was going to be paid without trial and omitting to guilty while caring 4 points.

A big thank you to Jason who was professional throughout our interactions, responsive and extremely dedicated. I truly appreciate his expertise that helped me avoid paying large fines for my offense. I would definitely hire him again (though I hope won't have to!) and recommend him to friends and family.

Mr. Pollack was extremely reassuring and helpful throughout the entire process. I was nervous about having received this ticket and he made sure I was taken care of at each step. I am thankful for his services and ability to help me avoid the fees and penalties I would have faced without his assistance.

Was stopped for doing 90 in a 55 mph zone. Mr. Pollack was able to negotiate a $75 fine and no moving violation. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Jason represented me and while I probably didn't NEED a lawyer, knowing that he was going to do his best to help me calmed my already frazzled nerves. I hope I never see him again, but I would definitely recommend him to any friend or family member that needed help. He's super responsive with emails and made me feel comfortable from the first phone conversation!

Jason was tremendous in helping myself out of a difficult situation that could have cost my job.
He was not only completely professional, but non judgmental, and often funny in an otherwise dim scenario. I would recommend him for anything legal related. Definitely knows his way around a court room. Never felt I needed to worry and turns out I didn't!

When i thought there was no chance to get off from my DUI charge Jason came to my deffense. I made a huge mistake and Jason was there every step of the way to walk me through the process. I hope I never need his services again but if I do Jason will be my first call.
