I help employees who face discrimination and other unlawful treatment at work.

 I am a seasoned plaintiffs’ Employment Attorney with substantive knowledge of employment law, and have extensive experience in employment counseling, negotiations and litigation.  A strategic thinker and problem solver.

My firm represents individuals who are wrongfully fired, discriminated against or experience

   workplace harassment or retaliation. Representation ranges from negotiation of an enhanced severance to pursuing

   state and federal court litigation. I was selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers list – 2012 through 2015 for “Employment

   Litigation: Plaintiff” and received 2015 AV Preeminent Rating 4.9 by Martindale-Hubbell.
