I hired Anthony Carbone because of his 5 star reviews. I was dealing with a difficult situation with my ex regarding child custody. I needed this case won because my ex was giving me a very hard time to seeing my child and also I was opposed to him moving to New York .Carbone convinced me that he wou...ld win the case after I had my doubts regarding the judge and my past lawyer.I also note to his office manager and to his associate that I wanted to make sure that Anthony Carbone is the one that goes with me to court. I told this from the beginning after I saw that Stoia his associate was taking my info.Carbone still ended up sending his associate after I insisted that I wanted him! He said he would be there but ended up sitting on the bench as an audience member! What a liar! I ended up losing the entire case and found out through a text from my exwife that I lost the case. She got the judgement from her attorney and Carbone never contacted me about it. I had to call and follow up and had to go to the court house to retrieve them myself! I had to call him to meet him so he could tell me that I lost the case because the judge didn't like me. He never went over the decision and any of the points. I regret calling this man because it's one thing knowing that the stacks are against a father because of bad judges. It's another when you put your trust into the hands of an attorney with your child and his future and having a man such as Anthony Carbone look you in the eye and take your money. Then flat out lie without shame. He carries the reason why most people do not trust lawyers and are hated . This man is a fraud
