I handle personal injury cases, as well as general civil litigation claims, including toxic tort, products liability, asbestos and premises liability.
I earned my Juris Doctorate at Northeastern University School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Providence College in 1996. I have spent my entire legal career with Asquith & Mahoney, P.C.
While in law school, I was a legal intern for Rhode Island Legal Services and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Rhode Island. I also served as a Rule 9 student attorney for the Office of the Attorney General, State of Rhode Island, Juvenile Prosecution Unit.
I am admitted to practice before the Rhode Island State Courts, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
I have received the “AV Preeminent Rating” by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings. In 2013, I was named a Rhode Island Rising Star, by the publisher of Super Lawyers, recognizing him as an outstanding young attorney in the Rhode Island legal community.
It was an honor to receive the “Excellence in Mentoring Award” in 2009 from The Rhode Island Mentoring Partnership for my work with the San Miguel School located in Providence, Rhode Island.
Prior to my enrollment in law school, I worked as a landscaper throughout high school, college and after graduation. I was born and raised in Rhode Island.
