John Gardella

I am an experienced trial attorney who defends toxic tort, product liability, and environmental matters, with involvement in pro bono work. I serve as local, regional, and national counsel for clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, aviation, distribution, and property owners. In addition, I currently serves as National Counsel to a distribution company developing a national defense strategy, serving as trial counsel, and monitoring and litigating cases throughout the country. I have successfully tried over 75 cases to verdict in my role as a State's attorney, and bring my extensive courtroom experience to my current position working to defend multinational corporations against complex product liability and personal injury claims.
