Responsibilities include all aspects of providing legal services in a litigation law firm concentrating in civil matters. Over two decades representing hundreds of individuals, families, and small businesses.

Practice has included investigation and representation of clients in matters that required complex factual and legal analysis.  These matters have included structural failure and products failure resulting in catastrophic injuries.  Matters have included complex technical and engineering analysis.  Have provided legal representation to both plaintiffs and defendants.  Complex claims on behalf of plaintiffs have included violation of the Manual an Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD); Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) laws and regulations; Sporting Arm and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute (SAAMI) Standards; Insurance Company Bad Faith Conduct; and Montreal Convention litigation (governing injuries on international flights).  Complex defense matters have included allegations of securities fraud; alleged legal malpractice; and alleged embezzlement.
