Description: New Century Originated loan, that SPS purports was "assigned" to a securitized trust in 2008, however assignment has an "effective date" stamp which purports to have taken place on 11/13/2007. Precise issue is that Mortgage Assignment executed in 2008 took place AFTER foreclosure auction (please reference U.S. Bank v. Ibanez on this issue).
