My company hired Dennis to settle a dispute with an out of state general contractor who refused to pay us for work completed. It was a complicated situation and I was most impressed with his ability to grasp a large body of written and electronic material stretching over a 6 month period. He kept me informed, was cautious with his billable time and handled the situation with tact, diplomacy and good natured force. During two potentially heated phone conferences he knew precicely how to keep the conversation focused, allowing me to make the points I needed to make.
