About me

Attorney Patricia Bloom-McDonald loves going to work each and every day because she looks forward to interacting with people.  She enjoys working hard to help retired individual(s) get a full spectrum of choices and receive all that the community has to offer.

When you hear "good" comments about lawyers you more commonly hear that they are detail-oriented, well-educated, and tough.  Rarely do you hear additional words of descriptions such as concerned, warm, compassionate, and caring. You would, however, if you heard comments about Patricia Bloom-McDonald. Her clients have commended her for being unlike any lawyer they have ever known.

When meeting with Patricia for the first time, her clients say it is a bit like sitting down with a good friend, or member of their family. Patricia makes herself available to really listen to what her clients are concerned about.  She takes the opportunity to really get to know what matters to her clients the most: what their long and short-term goals are, and what their hopes for the future may be. Only when Patricia fully understands her client's particular situation and aspirations will she then design a plan and course of action that helps to accomplish her client's goals. She will always make sure that she explains to her clients all their options in clear, easy to understand language, without all the confusing legal terminology, and she continuously allows her clients to ask as many questions as they need.

While every individual client is unique, Patricia Bloom-McDonald and her staff strive to serve each and every client utilizing the following philosophy:

  • Our clients are the most important people in the firm.

  • Our clients are not dependent on us, the firm is dependent on them.

  • Our clients are the purpose of our work, not an interruption.

  • Answering client's questions is a privilege, an opportunity to earn their business and trust.

  • Our clients rely on us to help them continue to prosper.

  • Our job is to treat each client with the utmost respect, in an efficient, yet warm, compassionate, and friendly manner.

I endorse Attorney Bloom-McDonald as a lawyer. I have worked with her on opposing side of a transaction as well as working with her on several matters. Her professional, calm and reasoned approach to cases serves as a terrific model for other attorneys to follow.
