I represent clients in immigration matters, including business immigraiton, family-based immigration, naturalizations, consular issues and deportation/removal defense. Immigration law is a federal law, so I have clients not just in Massachusetts, but throughout U.S. and in all parts of the world. I have helped U.S. companies with securing work visas and permanent residence for their employees. I am an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. I was born in Poland, and immigrated to the U.S. when I was 13. I know how difficult the transition to a new country can be. I have clients from all areas of the world, including Caribbean, Asia, South and Central America, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
I also represent injured victims of personal injury and car accident cases. I helped many clients recover significant and life-changing compensation for their losses. I handle all personal injury cases on contingency basis. I handle almost all of my other cases on flat fee basis.
