Mortgage in lieu of child support?
If there’s an order that father to pay mortgage in lieu of child support, and temporary spousal support in the amount of X.
What happens if the father stops paying the mortgage for 4 months? Who would be responsible for the debt when the home is sold?
Now, if the situation is different.
Mortgage payments in lieu of spousal support and temporary child support in the amount of X. ? How would this work?
This is a common problem. Someone is ordered to pay something and then they don't pay...you need to file a ex parte to have the mortgage paid up and likely. I suggest experienced counsel to assist you.

Pursuant to the court order that you articulated, it sounds like the father would still be ordered to pay the mortgage.
