Looking for personal injury attorney since both are TLC driver with the same TLC insurance
I am seeking an experienced auto accident/personal injury attorney for a claim involving injuries I suffered while working as a TLC uber driver
I was not at fault in the accident. Another vehicle (a Yellow Cab driver) hit my car, and the police report clearly shows liability in my favor. I was injured on the job, and I already have a Workers’ Compensation case pending due to the injuries I sustained.
However, I also want to pursue a separate personal-injury claim for pain and suffering, and all related damages from the at-fault driver’s insurance.
I am looking for:
- A dedicated auto accident attorney
- Someone who handles third-party injury claims
- An attorney who understands cases involving TLC drivers
- Someone who can communicate clearly and help maximize my compensation
If you are available to review my case or offer a free consultation, please contact me. I can provide the police report, accident details, medical records, IME reports, and workers’ compensation documents.
Sorry to hear what happened to you. You can find many excellent attorneys using the Find a Lawyer tab on the AVVO homepage. Keep in mind that in order to recover damages for pain and suffering, you'll need to demonstrate that you sustained a "serious injury" within the meaning of the law.
Avvo is a site where lawyers answer legal questions but it is not a jobs board for a variety of reasons including ethical prohibitions. You will need to make some phone calls to local injury firms and go from there.
answers to questions are for general purposes only and do not establish an attorney-client relationship.
Many of us on Avvo, including me, handle personal injury cases. However, we are not allowed to solicit your business. Reach out to a lawyer.
I am a former federal and State prosecutor and have been handling criminal defense and personal injury cases for over 25 years. The above answer, and any follow up comments or emails, is for informational purposes only and not meant as legal advice.
