I was charged with a owi for drugs about 10 years ago will I still need to get an interlock in my vehicle when I get my license?
I got a owi in Wisconsin about 10 years ago
That is certainly possible. Interlock orders, either from the court or directly from the DMV are complex and often surprising, however, so your lawyer needs to pull all your past records and then sort through each disposition in order to see whether or not the order was already served or expired. It is also often possible to take the case back to the court for clarification.
