I paid a bond last night to get someone out and bonds man refused to turn it in as of now
Paid bond last night bondsman refused saying that court date was moved from 1pm to 9 am but I was told if I paid last night he would not have to see judge and no court date was even set.
I won't get involved figuring out either who said what or who was right or wrong; rather I'll say this: Many charges require an appearance before bond can be posted and many jurisdictions require appearance regardless of the charges. That said my guess is that the surety will post bond as soon as s/he is permitted to do so. Wishing someone luck and hoping that my response has been helpful.
