Can his 10yr green card be revoked if our marriage was fraud and he provided fraudulent divorce decree and committ bigamy
I married a man in Jamaica and petition for him to come to US on I-130 and then K-3 after his arrival base on his attitude and behavoir and things that I found to be lies he told me I delayed filing for a change of status however he went behind my back and filed it. I then after finding out withdrew my original petition and we separated but then came back together after he convenced me that he will do better as a husband and father to our now five years old daughter, so I then filed petition package now since obtaining a 10 yrs green card he has left us and moved to other state and I have found out he is still married to wife in JA and that he provided me and USCIS with fraudulent divorce decree which I had authenticated by the courts of JA and they determined it to be fake and bigamy.
