A Grateful Ode to Yuliya: The Immigration Maestro Who Made Dreams Reality

In the labyrinth of immigration law, where hurdles loom large and hopes often falter, there shines a beacon of brilliance, Yuliya, our guardian of justice and architect of dreams! And if you think I am exaggerating - I beg you to reconsider and read through. Embarking on a journey fraught with co...mplexities and uncertainties, Yuliya stood as my unwavering guide, a paragon of legal acumen and unyielding determination. From my application to Green Card to a much much more complicated situation with my citizenship! Her mind as sharp as a double-edged sword, she delved deep into the intricacies of my case, leaving no stone unturned, no avenue unexplored. Her ability to do a research is simply second to none! It was not merely legal prowess that distinguished Yuliya, but her profound dedication to my cause. Like a relentless seeker of truth, she navigated through the labyrinthine corridors of law, armed with knowledge, tenacity, and an indomitable spirit. In the face of adversity, she remained steadfast, her resolve unshaken, her commitment unwavering! Twenty years – a lifetime of trials and tribulations – stood between me and the coveted status of U.S. citizenship. Yet, it was Yuliya who turned the tide, who transformed my despair into triumph, and uncertainty into unwavering resolve. As I stand on the threshold of a new beginning, clutching the symbol of my newfound freedom – the freshly printed passport of a U.S. citizen – I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude, knowing that without Yuliya, this moment would remain but a distant dream. But beyond the legal victories lies a deeper, more profound debt of gratitude – for Yuliya not only secured my legal status but also breathed life into my aspirations, paving the way for a future filled with promise and possibility. With her guidance, I can now dare to dream, to envision a life unfettered by the chains of uncertainty, to embrace the joys of family and community. To Yuliya, our champion, our advocate, our guiding light, me and my wife owe a debt that can never be fully repaid. With hearts brimming with gratitude and eyes shimmering with tears of joy, we offer our humblest thanks, knowing that her legacy will endure not only in the annals of law but also in the hearts of those whose lives she has touched. And so, to all who find themselves at the crossroads of uncertainty, grappling with the complexities of immigration law, we extend a heartfelt plea – trust in Yuliya, for she is not merely a lawyer but a guardian of dreams, a harbinger of hope, and a testament to the power of unwavering resolve. Thank you, Yuliya, for everything. Your legacy will shine brightly for generations to come, illuminating the path for all who dare to dream of a better tomorrow. Thank you!

It was perfect.

Julia was my immigration lawyer when I was obtaining my green card in the USA for individuals with extraordinary abilities (EB-1). I am a sports photographer. When I approached Julia, I was confident that I met all the requirements for an O-1 visa, but Julia explained that in my case, it's better to ...apply for a green card right away, although many 'knowledgeable people' advised against it, saying that they won't grant a green card on the first attempt and it's better to first get a 'talent visa.' As a result, I applied for the EB-1 green card. I provided Julia with all the links and documents I could gather, and she guided me on what to use and translate into English. In the end, I collected everything needed myself, and Julia processed it correctly. What I want to emphasize and recommend: Before turning to Julia, make sure you are eligible for your green card. If you are confident, Julia will guide you through all the difficulties with minimal energy costs. Don't expect the lawyer to hold your hand. Julia appears exactly when something is required from you. If she is silent, it means you just need to relax. Listen to Julia and don't listen to your friends. Alongside me, several of my friends were obtaining a similar type of green card with other lawyers. They were constantly offered to do something faster and various tricks. When I approached Julia for the same service, she said I didn't need it and explained the problems I might face. As a result, all my friends encountered the serious problems Julia warned about and paid a bunch of additional money to solve them. So listen to Julia, and she will save your time and money, even if it seems at first that everything can be done faster. In summary, Julia is an excellent immigration lawyer who can save your time, nerves, and money if you truly deserve it.

Amazing and capable

I worked with Yuliya recently on my NIW application on the process to permanent residency. I can't explain how grateful I am to her and her help. I had basically given up and was planning on moving back to Europe, but with Yuliyas help I recently got my Green Card approved! She was extremely capable,... honest but positive at the same time, she provided excellent council and provided me with a sense of calm amidst the stress of such an endeavor. She knows exactly what she's doing and she is supportive and determined. You are in great hands when you're working with Yuliya! I will forever be grateful for her help!

The Best Immigration Lawyer!

Where do I start? First off, I recommend Yuliya as the top and best immigration attorney for any of your cases. Let me tell you my story. In February 2017 I was arrested by the FBI in an attempt to possess unauthorized credit cards. I don’t think it is necessary to go into details and all the dram...a and stupidity that pushed me into this situation. From the start, I knew I was going to need not only a criminal defense but also an immigration attorney. I was a conditional green card holder at that time. I was about to go to serve my term for what I had done. Because of my conditional green card status, after serving your term you would likely not have a hope to stay in the country. A good and honest attorney is a must to help in this situation. I had an enormous luck with Yuliya, who is a super attorney and an honest person. I contacted Yuliya right after my arrest, and she was immediately there for me and my wife. We were strategizing on potential outcomes and timelines. She did a very thorough research as my case wasn’t a cookie-cutter one. She came back with a very detailed analysis of the situation from the immigration law point of view. I asked her not to sugar coat and get us ready for the worst but she wasn’t even trying. She was upfront, disciplined, concentrated laser beam of a mind who came through with swift and promising answers. We’ve made a contact with USCIS asking them to remove conditions from my conditional green card. We shared with them my situation in great detail, and Yuliya presented solid, strong arguments proving that my crime wasn’t a crime of moral turpitude nor was it an aggravated felony. It is hard to go into all the details here. The point is that she attacked my criminal conviction effectively proving to USCIS that what I’d done was not a cause to initiate removal. 300 pages was in that packet. Can you imagine? Three hundred pages of research, arguments, evidence, evaluations. My head is still spinning as I am writing this. I couldn’t believe we were so lucky with Yuliya. I still think the Universe sent me her so that I am given this second chance… We are so blessed! During the time of my incarceration Yuliya was there for me too. Even my criminal attorney ditched me but not Yuliya. She was communicating with the B.O.P., the prison, and my wife. She was simply there, available. You don’t get to comprehend the true meaning behind these lines unless you are in a concrete box for so many days with no phone calls or day light… She was there for me every step of the way. We had to wait for over a year for USCIS to respond. They sent us a letter saying that I was approved for a permanent green card. Imagine the joy! After that, we still needed to get me out of my immigration detainer with I.C.E., which would have meant being transferred to another facility where you must wait for your immigration court. Yuliya was able to also get me out of going to immigration detention and I was released from serving my criminal sentence to straight home! In 8 months that I was at that facility I was the ONLY one who got out without going into I.C.E. custody, which is a scary prospect. What Yuliya did for us is nothing short of a miracle. It was her diligence, intellect, discipline and the power of perseverance. She is a fantastic expert, a true professional. Dear friend! If you are in legal troubles related to immigration, you do NEED top immigration attorney. Trust in Yuliya. She will fight for you as she did for me. She will deliver as she delivered for me. She will speak the truth and serve you as she did with me. Me and my family, we owe Yuliya so much! If your future is at stake, take that leap of faith and get her on your side. You will thank me later. I give Yuliya my full permission to share my contact information, so that I can share my story in detail, so you can be sure that there is a real human behind this review.
