All Charges Dropped & Expunged

William defended me in my marijuana + paraphernalia case, he had all charges dropped and expunged! Despite the fact I was long past conditional discharges/probation, etc. He has a sharp wit and a bright future ahead of him as an attorney. Thanks again Will!

Easy, fast, professional

I got a speeding ticket going 25 hours over the speed limit which included a mandatory court date. William resolved it within a week, for a very reasonable price, and got it down to an improper equipment charge. He was very clear and great to work with. I highly recommend.

Fantastic Lawyer

Marijuana Charges

I was arrested and summoned to court for possession of marijuana, even though I didn't have any on me. It was my first time getting in trouble and I was terrified and nervous. Mr. Fay came into court prepared and was extremely assuring. He made it very clear that he was going to fight for my case until the very end. He was extremely knowledgable about my case and the ways to resolve it. I would recommend Mr. Fay to anyone who has gotten into trouble.

Amazing job, explains very clearly

He did a fantastic job on my case, making my penalty much less than I thought it could possibly be. He clearly understands what he is doing and can explain everything in a way that anyone can understand. Any questions I had were answered very clearly and he listened to all small details of my case.

great outcome

I went into court with 2 charges; careless driving, and operating a motor vehicle with possession of marajuana. I had the potentional of getting my license taken away, jail time, fines etc... I met with Mr. Fay for the first time on my court date, and he said he was going to try and make a deal.. he wound up getting my charges knocked down to loitering which involved around a $300 total payment and that was it. very pleased with the results of hiring a lawyer from this firm, will definitely keep them in mind if I ever need help in the future and will be recommended if anyone I know needs a lawyer.

DL Suspension

William Fay has treated my case of DL suspension with great care and professionalism. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns promptly. He was able to lower my DL suspension time to 6 months from 2 years.

A Savior

My son was struggling so much to get the license as his driving privileges were suspended and he never had a license. We have tried so hard to get his permit, tried to consult many lawyers but no one was able to help my teenager son. William Fay helped us like an angel., appealed DMV and was able to remove all the suspensions my son had. Within 2 months my son got his permit and today he has license. All the credit goes to William Fay. I am very thankful to him and appreciate all his help. He is too good and I highly recommend him .

A saviour

He not only took my case on the last minute but managed to remove 2 tickets and 7 points over all to nothing. A lawyer I suggest to have with auto tickets and dui cases! Amazing work & Thank you for everything.

Great help and excellent co-ordination

I hired william for my case and he did an excellent job. He got me out of my case. He coordinated and did follow up with me on everything and in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend him for his services relating to driver's license and other issues with DMV.

Life Saver
