My wife and I really enjoyed working with Ioana, she was very organized and thorough, and the visa process went smoothly. When we had the introductory consultation, Ioana provided detailed personalized information about our case, explained our options, and gave us realistic expectations in terms of o...ur process and how long it might take. Ioana made sure we were prepapred for everything. At each step of the process, Ioana gave us a detailed roadmap of what we have to do and the worst case scenario. For example before the visa interview, Ioana organized all the paperwork and through her due diligence, I gained confidence that everything would go well. She also provided detailed summaries of our discussions which was very useful because there is a lot of information to understand and we would need to refer back to past discussions. Ioana also was good at keeping the process moving so we didn't waste too much time when the ball was in our court. When we encountered an unexpected problem on the part of the visa center (nothing to do with our application) she was able to quickly resolve the issue, and without her responding so proactively we could have faced a longer delay. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the outcome and we are confident that Ioana did her very best for us.
