Ioana is everything my wife and I could have wanted during our visa process. When we contacted AILO and were put in contact with Ioana, she answered every question in detail, already had a clear understanding of what we wanted and was very open about the steps required. I initially engaged with a different lawyer to work on my case, but I found that this individual was not consistent and I had to keep chasing them, even though I had expressed interest about using their services. I decided to search for a different firm/lawyer, and I came across the American Immigrat...ion Law Office. Their receptionist, Liane, was the first point of contact and she was very friendly, responsive and informative. I immediately had a good feeling about the firm after my engagement with her. When I spoke to Ioana for my initial consultation, she was also helpful and knew what she was talking about. I decided to hire Ioana to take on my case with regards to my student visa. She was friendly, patient and kind, and always explained things to me in detail, keeping me up to date with everything that was going on. I felt rest assured and confident that she was doing her best to get the best possible outcome for me. When I had queries, she would answer promptly and was also realistic with me about the possible outcomes, never over promising and keeping me aware of the different scenarios that could arise. I managed to get my visa and felt prepared on the day about what could/would happen, and I can confidently say that I would not hesitate to use Ioana's services again. I don't really write reviews, but felt it necessary to write one as my experience was very positive and I have come away with a smile on my face, and so I would recommend her firm in a heartbeat. It was overall a delightful experience, and I am happy that I came across the firm.
