Ugochukwu Ben Nwadike

Ugo is a graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida. Prior to attending St. Thomas, he attended the University of Miami, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.

While in law school, Ugo interned for the late Honorable John G. Fletcher, II at the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, FL. He also interned for Carol N. Green, Esq., a revered Patent Attorney in Miami, FL. Additionally, Ugo was a member of the VITA Program, where he assisted the local community with file simple tax returns at no cost. He was also a member of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review, which was in its early years of existence but it was a nationally ranked law review. Ugo was also a member of BLSA, which allowed him to volunteer his time helping others. Ugo was also known as the law school’s DJ, having DJ’d BLSA’s Black and White Gala, SRBLSA’s Annual Closing Party, the SBA’s Beach BBQ and the school’s Barrister’s Ball.

In Ugo’s career as a legal professional, he has been as an associate for a number of law firms, where he was able to hone his skills as a litigation attorney as well as a transactional attorney. Having acquired those skills and continuing to develop new ones, decision to partner up with his friend Vandan, was easy.
