Mrs. Ash was the state appointed guardian for my father. In that capacity she also had to navigate divergent personalities and opinions from other family members, which she did very well the entire time. As guardian for my father, she was attentive to his needs and made sure he got the care he need...ed. Communication from her was always informed and professional. She asserted herself on my father's behalf whenever needed without being harsh or even mildly abusive. I would not hesitate to use her again or to give my highest recommendation for her services.

I was appointed guardian to a friend 3 years ago. The first attorney I used was the one appointed by the Court. While she got what needed to be done, she was slow and often unresponsive to my calls or emails. I met Ms. Ash at a community meeting three years ago. I knew she was a new attorney, but ...I was very impressed with her and asked if she could take over my guardianship case. She explained what needed to be done in order to switch attorneys. Since then, she filed the Annual Accounting, which went very well, and, very important, upon her recommendation, she got my ward's bond reduced and my ward actually got a much needed refund. When I call Ms. Ash's office, I actually get her. If she is not in, she returns my call very quickly. On minor "quick" things, she gives me free legal advice. ( The other attorney charged me to review a letter from me letting her know that I was changing attorneys!!) Ms. Ash is also an RN, and her advice to me in this area regarding the care of my ward has been invaluable. Ms. Ash and I are getting ready to do our next Annual Accounting. She has been guiding me throughout the year, so I have everything ready for her. I think it will go smoothly. I highly recommend Ms. Ash. She is excellent.
