Bradley Logan Bolinger

Brad Bolinger is a globally known attorney and CPA who has advised more than 4,400 individuals and families to minimize and  even eliminate their state tax and reduce income taxes up to 50 percent.  His counsel and assistance have saved his clients over 600 million taxes during his career.

Mr. Bolinger graduated from OU with a BBA in Accounting, served on the Texas Wesleyan Law Review and received a LLM in Securities & Financial Regulations in 1997 from Georgetown Law Center, while working full-time for Price Waterhouse as a CPA.  Mr. Bolinger spent several years in D.C. working for top 100 law firms world wide in tax and securiteis and financial regulations departments before returning to Texas to open his own firm in 2002.  With more than 25 years of experience in estate and tax planning (wills, trusts, family limited partnership, dynasty trusts, generation skipping trusts and charitable planned giving).  Mr. Bolinger has helped individuals and families avoid the most common estate planning mistakes while protecting their assets.  He has also helped them prepare and file various tax and other legal documents with the Internal Revenue Servise (IRS), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other governmental entities, including foreign agencies dealing with offshore accounts.

Mr. Bolinger is a gifted communicator and has conducted thousands of presentations across the country on topics such as Zero Estate Tax Planning, Estate Updates for All Families, and companies, CPAs and individuals.  He is a member of the State Bar of Texas licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and the District of Comlumbia Bar licensed by the D.C. Court of Appeals.  Mr. Bolinger is a Texas CPA and a memeber of the Texas Society of CPAs.  He is also CPL (Certified Professional Landman) and member of AAPL (American Association of Professional Landman)

Mr. Bolinger has  represented clients in the preparation and negotiation of merger and acquisition agreements, purchase and sale agreements, joint exploration agreements, lease acquisition agreements, seismic option agreements, leases, operating agreements, farmouts, oil and gas sales contracts, transportation agreements, processing agreements, pipeline construction and operating agreements, easement agreements, and other related documents. In addition, he advises and prepares surface use agreements to provide for the protection and development of both the surface and mineral estates and has more than 20 years experience in title examination and the preparation of title opinions, title curative documents, conveyancing instruments and other land title related agreements.
