Executive Director
Chris Newsom is not only an excellent attorney, but conducts all activities in the most professional manner. Mr. Newsom assisted our business with several complex tax related issues. While working on our case, he maintained a high level of quality communication throughout the process, and was thorough in his efforts. All of our concerns were addressed and issues were resolved in a timely manner. He also advocated for us through the process. If there were circumstances where our needs could be met by someone other than himself, and it would save us money, he would provide us with those resources. While taking care of our business he was both ethical and excellent. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who wanted to make sure that they were selecting an incredible attorney.

Resolution of Home Owners Association Tax Issue
Our HOA hired the services of Chris to resolve tax issues related to federal taxes and Texas State Taxes. He helped us developed a strategy to resolve both matters, taking into account the different risks and practical solutions. With his assistance we executed the plan with excellent results in a very timely manner. During the process he was always very prompt to respond to our queries and concerns. I also found his fees to be very reasonable. I highly recommend his services.
