tim was hired to help me initially with my bankruptcy case which he was average..however after returning, I needed his assistance in getting a clean title for my car that the lein holder refused to take back..this man never returned calls, emails. He even hung up on me when I did get ahold of him. He... is disbarred in kansas he needs to be disbarred in missouri. Very incompetent and never available for his customers.

We used Mr. Starosta for my personal injury case, he has been "working" with us for about 7 months and he hasn't even filed the lawsuit yet. He is absolutely horrible at answering calls and returning calls and emails. I'm trying to get my file so I can get a new lawyer and this coward is hiding from... me, he won't answer a call or email, the only thing I've heard in over a month is him telling me to stop contacting him. Such a waste of time, do not use him.

I hired Timothy after briefly meeting him in his office on a few serious criminal charges. I had outstanding warrants and I was extremely stressed. He immediately made me feel at ease with the situation and explained how we would proceed to get me out of trouble. Then he actually followed through.
