Timothy Marshall Starosta

Mr starosta told me on 2 occasions he would file our case with the court. HE NEVER DID . the office hours are sporadic at best. I had to call them because they never called me to update me on case.when we let him go he informed me he was charging me for phone calls i had made to office. The last phon...e call i had with him he screamed at me and told me not to call again. I called to ask about refund and detailed bill. DONT HIRE THIS GUY

I hired Tim and he did not do ANYTHING for 2 months on a time sensitive custody situation, despite my requests for documents he claimed to have filed - or claimed he had to ‘check’ with the clerk about - (he didn’t file anything). He knew every bit and piece to the situation and ignored countless em...ails and texts (which he welcomed and went on to excuse it by saying that I hadn’t scheduled anything with his ‘secretary’). I had to send him countless emails demanding my money back with a timeframe. He only returned my money (by hand after saying it was mailed to my ‘address’) after I threatened to report him to the bar, and after over a week of requesting the money back for what he didn’t do. The pathetic thing is that I went to law school and trusted him. Terrible attorney, good lawyer.

Timothy Starosta is very knowledgeable. I came in for help with my finances and he helped me thru them. I thought I was going to have to file bankruptcy and by the time we were finished it was decided that I didn't have to do that after all. I highly recommend him as an attorney with all your needs. ...He will not lead you in the wrong direction. I will never have to seek another attorney again.

I had consulted Tim on a few occasions for minor things and he was always very knowledgeable, timely and helpful. When I had a serious mishap with the law, I didn't know who else to call, so I called Tim. He met with me immediately and made sure I knew exactly what to do and not to do. I am convin...ced that it was Tim's advice and quick response that saved me from any charges or fines. I believe him to be of the highest moral fiber and would strongly recommend him to anyone. Most importantly, I believe that if he could not help me, Tim would be honest and tell me rather than just take my money like so many others might.
