Biography
I’m an award-winning employment attorney with more than 13 years of experience from Silicon Valley to South Florida solving workplace challenges. I represent employees and executives in California workplace matters.
For nearly a decade, I’ve worked on both sides of employment disputes—representing employers and businesses, counseling companies through difficult workplace issues, and litigating complex employment cases. Today, I bring that experience exclusively to employees.
That perspective matters. I know how employers, HR professionals, and defense lawyers evaluate workplace disputes because I’ve spent years sitting on the other side of the table. I use that experience to help employees understand what is happening, what their options are, and how to make smart decisions about their careers and their legal rights.
My practice focuses exclusively on employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, PAGA matters, severance negotiations, executive employment agreements, and compensation disputes.
I also believe employment law should be understandable outside of a courtroom. Work is a huge part of our lives, and workplace decisions can have serious financial and personal consequences. I enjoy talking and writing about the laws shaping the modern workplace—from AI and hiring to employee privacy, workplace investigations, executive compensation, wage and hour issues, and the evolving relationship between employees and employers.
I regularly share practical perspectives on employment-law developments and am interested in speaking with professional organizations, legal and business audiences, media, podcasts, and other forums about the issues affecting today’s workplace.
My goal is simple: make employment law easier to understand and help people make informed decisions when their career, livelihood, or rights are on the line.

I've dealt with the best lawyers in the country, and TJ is best in his field.

Excellent HOA Attorney
