Wastes taxpayer money silencing the public

This attorney represents Nassau BOCES and sent a cease-and-desist letter threatening over the use of a taxpayer-funded logo in a factual community news article. Instead of addressing transparency concerns, his approach is to intimidate taxpayers with legal threats. This is exactly what’s wrong with p...ublic institutions hiding behind lawyers instead of answering basic questions about budgets and accountability.
