With all the laws today, its easy to be tangled in their web. I went to court with a fear of having the book thrown at me. i set the bar high for Thomas Kopacz when i hired him with a lot to loose. Mr kopacz was able to untangle that web with his knowledge of the law, for an outcome that exceeded my ...expectations, and reached all the objectives we set out to accomplish.

I hired Mr. Kopacz when I was cited for a speeding ticket that carried potential jail time. Mr. Kopacz was confident and well versed in this area, which allowed me to focus on what was important in my life while Mr. Kopacz handled this matter. Ultimately, Mr. Kopacz was able to reach an agreement wit...h the prosecutor by having my speeding ticket reduced. I only had to pay court costs, which were less than the original speeding ticket! Mr. Kopacz communicated regularly with me and treated me with immense respect throughout this ordeal. I would highly recommend Mr. Kopacz to anyone, including my family and friends. Tom is very proactive and on top of all issues. No matter what time of day or day of the week he insisted on being called with any questions I had or incidents that needed attention. I tried to go to traffic court by myself, but found that it was too intimidating and scary that first day where I only ended up with a trial date. I knew I needed help so I hired Tom and he was excellent. His confidence and knowledge just made things so much easier. He worked to get a new trial da...te and then he met with the judge to avoid a trial altogether. I ended up having to go to a traffic class, which turned out to be helpful in other ways.
