“I like to give my clients a healthy dose of reality right from the start,” he said. “If I think the case will be relatively simple, I say so. If I think the case will be long and difficult, I warn the client to prepare for that.

“Whatever the outlook, I make sure the client knows I will be with them every step of the way and am always available should they need me for anything.”
