I am a former civil litigation attorney, now retired, and received my undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. In 1983, I graduated from the University Of Illinois College Of Law and spent 41 years in Federal and State trial practice representing the interests of large corporations and insurance companies, as well as individuals. I am Board Certified as a Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of Arizona. I am a member of the State Bar of Arizona and admitted to the Federal District Court for the District of Arizona. I am a sustaining member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. I was also elected to Advocate Rank by the American Board of Trial Advocates. I served the Arizona Bar on the Member Assistance Committee and further served lawyers and protected the citizens of Arizona as a Monitor in the Member Assistance Program. I am AV® Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5 rated by the Martnidale & Hubbell national lawyer registry.
