I'm not sure the 4000 word limit is enough for me to adequately and eloquently describe the work of Tom Donnelly, but I'll do my best. My husband and I have been working with Tom and his team now for almost two years. They have specifically led us every step of the way in a long, drawn out custody ba...ttle - battling against my husband's ex who has been repeatedly domestically violent, a substance abuser, constantly perjuring herself in court, and has had nothing but a strain of pathological lies to their shared children. How there are people in this world who exist in this manner - we do not understand. Many times we are frustrated, and we don't understand. Sometimes we just want to scream, because of the constant barrage of ethical misconduct we have faced with opposing counsel and her clients. HOWEVER, every single time we feel this way. Tom and his team are there. Tom and his team have a plan. Tom and his team take care of it. They are the epitome of professionalism, honesty and have an ethical standard that we never thought was possible from a lawyer. Tom has fought this battle for us as though it is truly his own. We will never be able to repay Tom for the lengths at with which he and his team has and is defending our family. And not just defending us, but defending us with absolute 100% integrity - which is important to us. Tom is extremely well versed in family law, post-divorce and custody issues, and has a giant wealth of knowledge of not only local city/state laws but many other cases nationally that has helped shape the reasons why these very laws have come to exist. For someone who has never needed a lawyer at any other point in my life, I couldn't imagine ANYONE else helping our family navigate through this obstacle. Tom and his team are accessible, reasonable, and passionate for their clients' needs. We have always felt prioritized, fairly represented and could not say enough about what his continual efforts have meant to us. If you are prepared to be honest and fight the good fight, and you are looking for a lawyer to join you in that journey - choose Tom. In fact, I URGE you to choose Tom. You will not only not regret it, but you will be eternally grateful that you chose him and his team. Tom, Laura and team - if you don't already know how much we appreciate you, I hope this review at least scratches the surface of letting you know how we truly feel. Thank you!

Let me start by saying that prior to meeting Tom and his team I could have never imagined writing a positive review of any attorney...much less a 5 star rating. My prior experience in the family court was extremely frustrating. I am active duty military stationed outside of the state of Florida. When... I brought my emergency child custody case to Tom, I knew immediately that he was a fighter. Working on a seriously urgent and compressed timeline, Tom and his legal assistant, Laura, made the needs/wants of my family a priority. Through the emergency hearings and extremely volatile litigation, he remained composed and ready for the fight. There were emotional times that he told me exactly what needed to happen and even though it was NOT what I wanted to hear...his council proved right. This review would not complete without mentioning, Laura. She was on several occasions my calming influence in these proceedings. One memory in particular was her late night call in response to my nervous emails before our emergency hearing. She literally said, "relax, get some sleep, Tom will take it from here". My kids are safe, my family is healthy, and we are as happy as can be thanks to Tom and his team. I can not say that you will 100% win your case because there are no guarantees in court. I can tell you that if you don't hire Tom and his team to represent your interests...you should be afraid that your opposition will. I would/will be honored to recommend him to anyone that needs a fighter in their case. You will not regret your decision to hire Tom Donnelly.
