Thomas J. Donnelly

Mr. Donnelly came very highly recommended to me by a good friend, and I am extremely grateful to have had him on our side. When police officers made an unlawful entry into my daughter's home based on a search warrant meant for another property, she was facing an uphill battle and felony drug charges.... It was her word against 2 police officers, and we all know how that usually ends. Mr. Donnelly was upfront and realistic regarding possible outcomes, kept everyone up to date with what was going on at all times, and prepared everyone very well for court. It is my opinion that it was his cross-examination of the police officers, coupled with his impassioned argument to the judge regarding a violation of my daughter's 4th Amendment rights, which led the judge to rule in her favor. I hope to never again be in a position in which anyone in my family needs a defense attorney, but Mr. Donnelly will definitely be the first person I call if we do.
