Teresa Beth Molinaro

I was pleased to have recently worked with Teresa Molinaro. She was instrumental in helping us craft a fair and reasonable Pre-nuptial agreement that both my fiancé, now wife, and I found comforting. Teresa was responsive, professional, and helped guide us through a process we knew nothing about.... We are now excited to having Teresa guide us through the process of writing a Will.

Teresa was is very a professional, concise, and thorough attorney regarding the Last Will and Testament and Health Directive papers that I needed and wanted. On top of that she went out of her way when it came to a temporary, emergency guardianship of my grandson when my daughter passed. She helped... me get the paperwork required to ensure that I would be able to get guardianship for the short term and then permanently. All was done for, what I consider to be a very fair fee. Thank you Teresa for being there for me.

Teresa was a pleasure to work with to create our Will and Health Care Directive. She took the time to understand our individual needs as well as the combined needs of our blended family. She was flexible with scheduling to work around our availability and was patient in answering all of our questions.... The end product addressed all of our concerns. My wife and I needed to redo our wills. With Teresa's help we not only made the changes to our will we wanted to, we also took some of her recommendations in the process. She also helped us set up a Trust along with helping with the paperwork and process to move our home and cabin under the Trust s...o that when the time comes our children will have an easier time with the legal side of taking over.
