I bought my first Luxury car in June 2017, and soon after the purchase, started to experience lots of problems with the car. Frustrated with my experience, I reached out to Ms. Zeigler to get guidance on my options with this car. She took the time to understand my situation, and explained the steps I... needed to take to get the issues addressed. Based on her recommendation, I started working with the manufacturer and the dealer to have the issues addressed. When the service department failed to address the issues after repeated attempts, I reached out to Ms. Zeigler again and she assessed my case carefully, met with me at short notice and advised the steps to take with the dealer one more time to give them a chance to address the issues. Once that failed as well, she initiated the Lemon Law process with the manufacturer and presented a strong case which helped me get out of a troublesome vehicle with the manufacturer agreeing to repurchase the vehicle I am so glad that I found Ms. Zeigler to represent me. Having spent considerable amount of money on a luxury car, I was extremely stressed about the issues I was having with it. At such a time, Ms. Zeigler's knowledge about the law, her calm and fact-based approach was what gave me hope and helped me through the process I would have otherwise given up on. She always took the time to keep me informed, answered all my questions (in most cases, in a matter of hours), and in the process educated me on the law as well. I had read somewhere that a 'happy client' (for an attorney) is an oxymoron, because clients do not usually approach attorneys for pleasant reasons. But working with Ms. Zeigler, I can certainly say that I was a happy client throughout the process.

I purchased my 3rd "luxury" vehicle (brand new) and was experiencing an exhausting battle with both the manufacturer and the dealership about replacing the vehi...cle, due to issues that arose about 1 month after purchase. She provided me with an outline of steps to take, as well as an exact play-by-play of what to expect as it related to counteroffers from the dealership/manufacturer, and best practices on how to respond. Her expertise not only equipped me but it helped me to get my vehicle replaced, with no additional money out of my pocket. She is truly a blessing to her field, and not only would I recommend her, I've deemed her my "go- to."
