I was fortunate to have found Ms. Zeigler while researching attorneys who could help me with an ongoing issue with a major car manufacturer. I purchased my 3rd "luxury" vehicle (brand new) and was experiencing an exhausting battle with both the manufacturer and the dealership about replacing the vehi...cle, due to issues that arose about 1 month after purchase. She provided me with an outline of steps to take, as well as an exact play-by-play of what to expect as it related to counteroffers from the dealership/manufacturer, and best practices on how to respond. Her expertise not only equipped me but it helped me to get my vehicle replaced, with no additional money out of my pocket. Ms. Zeigler's willingness to educate and empower her clients speaks to the passion she has for what she does. She is truly a blessing to her field, and not only would I recommend her, I've deemed her my "go- to."
