I was fortunate to have found Ms. Zeigler while researching attorneys who could help me with an ongoing issue with a major car manufacturer. I purchased my 3rd "luxury" vehicle (brand new) and was experiencing an exhausting battle with both the manufacturer and the dealership about replacing the vehi...cle, due to issues that arose about 1 month after purchase. I met with Ms. Zeigler, who did an excellent job of combining approachability with exemplary professionalism. She provided me with an outline of steps to take, as well as an exact play-by-play of what to expect as it related to counteroffers from the dealership/manufacturer, and best practices on how to respond. Her expertise not only equipped me but it helped me to get my vehicle replaced, with no additional money out of my pocket. Ms. Zeigler's willingness to educate and empower her clients speaks to the passion she has for what she does. She is truly a blessing to her field, and not only would I recommend her, I've deemed her my "go- to."

Ms. Ziegler is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I had purchased a vehicle from a dealership that went out of business and did not hand over the title or pay the taxes and fees on the vehicle. I was stuck without a vehicle, and even worse I was making payments on this vehicle. I had an initial... consultation with Ms. Ziegler and in the short amount of time I spoke with her, she laid out everything I needed to do and followed it up with an email. As a result, I was able to get the title to the vehicle and receive compensation for the taxes and fees. Ms. Ziegler was not only professional but also compassionate. She made sure I understood everything that was being explained to me and was prompt and thorough in answering all of my questions. Had this case gone to court, there is no question that I would have continued using Ms. Ziegler's services.

My car went to car heaven and I needed a vehicle. Because Ms. Zeigler was the former Director of the Lemon Law Division of the Office of Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs, I consulted her about my impending purchase and learned she offered a car purchasing service. She provided a list of cars, th...e dealer websites, the 5-year cost of ownership--lots of information. Ms. Zeigler even provided advice about financing. I found a car, secured financing, went to the dealership and took a test drive. With my financing in hand, I followed Ms. Zeigler's directions and attempted to purchase the vehicle. That’s when I felt as if I needed a master negotiator, someone speaking the truth and knowledgeable of the law. If it were not for Ms. Zeigler's responsiveness, taking each call and answering all my questions, I would not have gotten through that process unscathed. The salespeople and financial services people are not your friend, despite their pleasantness, cheery banter and smiles. At almost every step of this process, I needed Ms. Zeigler’s help and I was grateful to have it. But every few minutes, I kept thinking about everyone who didn’t have Ms. Zeigler or the former Director of the Lemon Law Division to help them navigate the shark infested waters of car buying. YOU SHOULDN’T NEED THE FORMER DIRECTOR OF THE LEMON LAW DIVISION – THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE ADVERTISING POLICY THAT DEALERS HAVE TO ABIDE BY, TO BUY A CAR!!!!!!! Thankfully I did and her service was worth every penny.
