Taneen Jafarkhani

I contacted Taneen for advice several times over the course of a difficult year at work in which I was experiencing retaliation and hostile writing environment over my mental health status. Without Taneen's support, advice and expertise it would have been extremely difficult if not impossible for me.... She gave me the confidence to fight back against my employer and to try to improve the situation which resulted in a favourable outcome for me. Taneen was professional, extremely understanding, thoughtful and great at explaining everything. She prepared me for hostile interrogations at work, how to write letters to HR and ask for reasonable accommodations. As a person who finds it very difficult to stand up for myself, having Taneen at my side made me feel I could do it and indeed I did. It was not only a financially rewarding service that Taneen provided but also I learnt how to stand up for myself and believe that I deserve a better working environment. I couldn't recommend Taneen enough for her commitment and ability to go up against a very big organisation and win.
