Suzannah King Maclay

Ms. Maclay assisted for my release at Eloy Detention Center, despite the fact that 2 previous lawyers that I paid $300 each for consultation told me there was no hope for me being released and I was being deported. When I retained Ms Maclay, she researched my case, filled motions in court she was abl...e to prove that the law that prevented me from being released was enacted after the crime I committed. I am home as I write this review. While in detention and after I was released Ms. Malay maintained contact with my family and I, and she returned all my calls on time while my petition for residency was pending. She was also able to intervene effectively when the government tried to reopen my case for deportation. Throughout this process, although my family is limited financially Ms. Maclay has been able to orchestrate or work out a payment plan with my family and she is still my lawyer. Ms Maclay is very energetic, vibrant and very knowledgeable attorney who has allowed me to remain in the US, and she comforted my wife and children when they needed moral support. She is very knowledgeable with immigration laws. JN

There is not enough words I can say on how helpful Suzannah Maclay has been. She is extremely knowledgeable in her filed, and makes you feel as you are her only client. She has never failed to disappoint and is on top of everything. Has great communication and has helped me understand the process... and has walked me through every step. Suzannah came recommended to me by an attorney from another state that was working on my case. I wanted an attorney that has experience and knowledge regarding immigration law, however I wanted someone who understood GLBT clientele. I met a few other attorneys prior to seeing her, and honestly none o...f them got me. I felt that they were just interested in making money and "winning cases", not necessarily helping me as a human being. Then I met Suzannah. She was super nice and easy to work with and a straight shooter. She doesn't believe in telling you what you would like to hear, she gives you her honest opinion and view. I haired Suzanneh back in 2009 for my husband immigration case. Not only she was able to have my husband released from the immigration detention center after a Judge denied his release with a different lawyer. she also was able to help him to get his green card back. Suzannah Maclay a trust worthy emigration lawyer We were very lucky that we find Suzannah Maclay! She helps us with a friend’s daughter who had been detained by ICE in Arizona. Suzannah is amazingly smart and has a total knowledge on emigration, her recommendation brought great results. For a mi...nimum fee she went to the detention center located about 1 hour from her office to meet with my friend’s daughter. Suzannah show us her wiliness to go above and beyond to help us during a very stressful situation. Our only regret is that now my friend’s daughter is now in NJ under this state jurisdiction and we cannot use Suzannah Maclay services, she is so honest and caring layer that is hard to find any one like her.
