worst attorney to work with

worst attorney. don't recommend hiring while buying a house. very unprofessional. she will pick up your call once you hire then she never picks up your call or guides you throughout the process if you're a first-time buyer and she is not reachable by phone or email even if you need any clarification ...or guidance. she makes your process worst and may delay closing. recommend not to hire. i wish i can give her ZERO star.

Great attorney for your home purchase!

Suzana Das was my attorney for home purchase. She was very helpful in guiding me through the process. She was always available for questions/concerns and handled everything from attorney review through closing diligently.

Advised and structured our Corporate structuring and bye laws and operating agreement.

We are happy with the legal advice, structuring of Corporate governance and operating agreement and bye laws of the Corporation. I must emphasize that our structuring had to take into consideration the different domicile status of the two promoters and shareholders.
