She threw Case 2011CF2023

In Case No. 2011CF2023, ADA D Stingl stood before the jury with a sheet of paper in hand which he explained as a police inventory of five red Federal shotgun slugs unloaded from my weapon. He passed the paper to Judge RJ Sankovitz for certification into evidence. Stingl then held up a clear plastic ...bag which he proclaimed as containing those five red Federal slugs. He passed the bag to Sankovitz. Note this: according to Wisconsin and Federal rules of evidence, in order for those rounds to be entered into the record they had to match Stingl's description and inventory. Sankovitz certified that bag of ammunition into evidence. Stingl then put a Milwaukee police detective onto the witness stand and induced him into testifying under oath that the ammunition in the bag matched the inventory as having been unloaded from my weapon. At which point I nudged Susan Marie Roth and observed that Stingl and his detective had just committed perjury--they'd deliberately lied about a fact Stingl obviously thought quite material and Sankovitz had deliberately allowed them to do it. You see: there were not five red Federal slugs documented on the inventory because there never had been five red Federal slugs. That bag contained five green Remington #6 birdshot and there was absolutely no scintilla of notation of their origin--unloaded from my wea;on or not. What kind of judge could possibly mistake red for green, then slugs from #6 birdshot, and then believe or pass on to a jury that R_E_M_I_N_G_T_O_N spells F_E_D_E_R_A_L. And Roth never uttered a word of objection to this bare faced perjury or asked the jury to ponder what else the state and court lied to them about. Contact me--read the police file and the transcripts and decide whether Roth simply rolled over. Then ponder why Roth and her mentor Steve Kohn refused to turn over to me the case photographs. Friendly and Informative

Received a call back from Susan Roth soon after sending an email. Although she could not help in my perticular case, she was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won't be in need of her services, but if I ever found myself in a legal situation, I wouldn't hesitate to call her.

A Miracle Worker

I would recommend Susan Roth to anyone in need of a criminal attorney. She exceeded my expectations, and achieved what I felt was the best case scenario in a situation that did not look promising, I am so thankful for her help.

Got me out of a tight spot!

That could never happen to me! But then it did. I got in trouble. It was my fault, but Ms Roth never treated me like a criminal. She heard my side of the story, explained my situation so I could understand my best options.
