Stephanie Camille Whalum

Several years ago I selected Stephanie Whalum for a case the I was involved as the defendant, and she was a public defender. However, I should have kept the public defender who was appointed to me. Stephanie Whalum resembled a prosecutor in my case instead of a defense attorney. At the time, there we...re two cases (same circumstances in different courts). The other defense attorney had similar characteristics as Stephanie Whalum, but she acted as a defense attorney and that case ended well. Recently, I read the statement from my accuser who lied profusely, yet everyone believed my accuser. Stephanie Whalum never told me what my accuser stated. Had I known about the false statements and the severity of convictions then I would have demanded a trial or paid for an attorney. I asked Stephanie Whalum to take my case to trial. However, she opposed a trial likely due to the false statements from my accuser that she likely believed. She stated that it was due to a trial that she lost with another client. At the time, I was a novice of the judicial system. In hindsight, Stephanie Whalum did not try to defend me. Unaware of convictions and their impact, I was convicted of the severest convictions in their class that were misapplied, and the convictions have stripped me of many privileges that affect my livelihood.
