Stephanie Weissenburger

Stephanie Weissenburger focuses her practice on sports and entertainment law, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. She represents professional athletes, entertainers, creators, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and established businesses in contract, intellectual property, branding and licensing issues as well as in litigation. 

Stephanie advises clients on everything from trademark and copyright acquisition to IP portfolio management and brand monetization. She parlays her extensive background in the sports and hospitality industries to provide strategic counsel on the full range of transactions, from mergers and acquisitions to licensing and sponsorship deals and distribution agreements. Stephanie has additional experience litigating high-profile cases involving breach of contract, defamation, civil rights, labor and employment, serious personal injury, wrongful death, criminal defense, and class actions.
