Biography
I practice exclusively in Intellectual Property (IP) law -- patents, trademarks, and copyrights. I assist clients in preparing & prosecuting patent applications for a wide variety of technical fields, including electrical, software, electro-mechanical, and mechanical inventions. My practice also includes trademark filings, oppositions, and cancellations. I perform intellectual property portfolio analysis, prepare IP opinions, and assist clients in the drafting and negotiation of various intellectual property agreements.
I hold a Law degree from Marquette University (cum laude, Law Review) and Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. I am registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
ZPS specializes in flat fees and providing cost effective service to its customers. The office uses a paperless filing system and virtually all filings and communication are done electronically.
