Stefano Cambareri is the managing partner of the Syracuse, New York law firm of Cambareri & Cambareri, LLP and has managed the firm since its formation in 1999. His legal practice focuses on criminal matters, with an emphasis on DWI/DUI defense. Mr. Cambareri also represents clients charged in a wide variety of cases, including murder, narcotics possession/distribution and white-collar criminal offenses including tax fraud, falsification of business record and other theft type offenses.
Prior to the formation of Cambareri & Cambareri, Mr. Cambareri spent nearly nine years as an Onondaga County Assistant District Attorney where he handled cases ranging from violent felonies to petty offenses. As a member of the violent felony trial bureau, Mr. Cambareri tried numerous cases including murder, attempted murder, robbery, burglary, gang assault and weapons possession. Prior to working as an Assistant District Attorney, he was an associate at the Syracuse law firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King.
